Keeping it rolling: 4 for 4

At this year's San Diego training camp, I have had the opportunity to take a brief glimpse at the life lived by a privileged few: The life of eating mexican food everyday. Excessive mexican consumption combined with the prerequisite excessive caffeine consumption keeps the engine running err... smooth.
Four days of consecutive burritos, and riding are now under the belt. After yesterday's 'brief' 178km jaunt, today we made the most of some intimidating weather for a shorter cruise along the ocean:



Mexican food is great, but sometimes it takes a chocolate-almond croissant and a coffee to perfect your pursuit of cycling fantasies;


Eliminating unsightly winter paleness is like peeling off a band-aid. You can do it slowly, or you can man up and rip that sucker right off:


Tomorrow's plan is to re-enact a little Tour of California up mount Palomar, and keep the streak alive - stay tuned.
